Our 18” Twin Cheeks cushion will give you all the wonderful support of our original Twin Cheeks cushion with 2 extra inches of width. This cushion is perfect for anyone who likes more thigh support, who needs more stability on wider chairs like recliners, or who use a wheelchair. This cushion is available in all the same firmness levels as our original Twin Cheeks cushion.

The Twin Cheeks cushion is a favorite among our customers that suffer from pudendal neuralgia, coccydynia (tailbone pain), pelvic pain, perineal pain as well as other conditions that make sitting difficult.  Our Twin Cheeks cushion has fully adjustable sides allowing you to choose the best position to support you and provide relief to any sore areas. It also folds up for easy transport (with the exception of the 3” Extra Cush).

*Please note that your cushion may feel quite firm at first but will get softer and conform to your assets within a couple weeks of use. 

Firmness Level recommendations:

Soft - Under 120 lbs

Medium - 120 lbs to 150 lbs

Firm - 150 lbs to 200 lbs

Extra Firm - 200 lbs and up

3” Extra Cush - 150 lbs and up
